Initial Draft Study Recommendations

  The following draft recommendations for improving transportation in Wellsboro were developed based on meetings with the project advisory   committee, interviews with area stakeholders, a public opinion survey, and the September 2008 public open house. These draft   recommendations  are being considered by study leaders and the public and are being refined prior to endorsement by the project advisory   committee and adoption  by Borough Council.
